The use of this program indicates that the user has read and agreed to the following statement without any exception.  

The Sika^®AnchorFix^® Design Program is based upon the principles, formulas, data and safety factors set out in the Sika^® AnchorFix^® Technical Data Sheets, installation manuals and other associated technical documents.  The values calculated by this program are based upon the respective average values obtained through our extensive testing of the associated Sika products.  The Sika^® AnchorFix^® Design Program is designed to provide a result based upon data entered by the user(s). The program is offered, “as is”, as a design tool without any guarantee whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, with regards to its accuracy for any given application.  

The information supplied by the Sika^® AnchorFix^® Design Program is subject to the condition that the user(s) is solely responsible for the determination as to its suitability for their specific application(s).  Due to the variations in materials, on-site testing should be performed to determined and confirm the desired performance in any specific application.  As such, under no circumstances will Sika Canada Inc. be held responsible for any damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of or reliance upon information provided by the Sika^® AnchorFix^® Design Program.  

Any modification(s) made to the program itself or any change(s) made to the criteria may result in non-compliance with the standards set out by Sika Canada Inc or by any applicable regulation or associated law.  Therefore, the user(s) agree(s) to release, indemnify, defend and hold Sika Canada Inc. harmless from any and all associated liability, costs, fees and expenses (including attorneys' fees) for any cause of action or other claim relating to results based upon such a modification(s) or change(s).

Users must always refer to the most recent issue of the Technical Data Sheet(s) associated with the product(s) directly concerned, copies of which are available on Sika Canada’s website at www.sika.ca.
